1. Services

GPR Surveys provides ground-penetrating radar surveys, utility locating, and subsurface investigation services throughout British Columbia. By submitting a booking or inquiry through this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. GPR Surveys reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to unsafe site conditions or equipment availability.

3. Accuracy of Results

GPR survey results are interpretive by nature. Reports indicate probable locations of subsurface features based on signal data. GPR Surveys does not guarantee the detection of all buried objects and is not liable for items not identified in difficult scan conditions (e.g., heavily reinforced concrete, deep burial, signal interference).

4. Payment

Invoices are issued upon completion of services. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. GPR Surveys reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

GPR Surveys' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, BC.
