3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party platforms to operate our business:
- Supabase — secure database and file storage
- Google Workspace — calendar scheduling, email, and document storage
- QuickBooks Online — invoicing and accounting
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information required to deliver your service.
4. Data Retention
We retain booking and project records for a minimum of 7 years as required for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal contact information at any time by emailing us.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
